You can't see it, but she's wearing kitty paw mittens , a kitty coat, and kitty shoes. They are all bundled up to go watch us run like the wind, or at least run in the wind.

Rock stars or runners? We felt like we trashed the room like real rock stars. Karin and Michael didn't have to sleep on the floor; they fell asleep watching the World Series. There was another bed for them in the room. Can you find Piper in this picture?
What an adorable picture of Karin and Michael sleeping. Each night they looked this cute when they fell asleep. I hope Piper and I have such a close relationship.

This is not the best picture of Piper, but probably the best picture of all of us. From the left, my nephew Michael, Sean's brother Brian, my sister Karin, Sean, me, Piper, and our friend Cindy. Brian's wife Jaydee took the picture. This is at the runner's expo, 16 hours 42 minutes before the start of the marathon.
If you haven't seen the winner's finish, it's quite a sight.

I'm really not that short (in the picture with the big lady in pink). Piper was playing with the cow bell around my neck and really pulled just at the moment the picture was taken :)
We had a wonderful time seeing everybody. Michael and I have already talked about spectator training for next year!
I think I spy Piper on the bed...the smallest gets the nice big bed and all those adults get to sprawl out on the floor...classic.
