Six months ago neither of us had any idea how much love we were capable of, nor the joy we would feel in something that was at times so tiring and difficult. Her first six months have been our most joyous. We hope to have a fun filled day fitting of this special occasion.The first picture was taken just prior to bringing Piper home from the hospital. The second, from a couple days ago, was taken in the midst of decorating Piper in torn napkins after a fine meal of prunes and oatmeal.
