The abundance of rain this spring has done wonders for the flowers in our yard. The top left rose we refer to as the "Piper rose". It was the only rose in full bloom when we brought Piper home from the hospital last year. This photo, which I took this evening, shows the flower at about a week and half past it's prime.

Silly girl! I'm torn--I think I may want to switch out my desktop (again). But I just put the bikini picture up a few days ago...
I love love love that dress!
She is clearly a rose among the thorns. (That doesn't sound too good for the rest of the family.) I guess she is really a rose in the garden.
